Booking Policy & Terms
1. These consultation sessions are basic introductory consultations (ice-breaker sessions) to understand your needs and assess how we can help your organization. These sessions do not include full project implementation or detailed deliverables.
2. In case of a full project engagement, fees will be determined separately after reviewing scope and requirements.
3. Sessions are 45 minutes long and conducted online via Google Meet.
4. Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.
5. Rescheduling is permitted at our discretion. You must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session via email or WhatsApp. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may not be accommodated.
6. All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion subject to availability.
7. If you do not attend the session without prior notice, your booking is forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
Privacy Policy
1. We collect your name, email, phone number, and booking details when you make a reservation through our website.
2. Your information is used solely for the purpose of scheduling and conducting consultation sessions, sending booking confirmations and reminders, and communicating with you about your appointment.
3. Your booking details are stored securely in our database. Payment is processed through Paymob secure payment gateway. We do not store your payment card details.
4. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to any third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process your payment through Paymob.
5. Your session details may be added to our Google Calendar for scheduling purposes. Your email may be added as an attendee to receive the Google Meet link and session reminders.
6. Your booking information is retained for the duration necessary to provide our services and for reasonable record-keeping purposes.
7. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us via email.
8. Our website does not use tracking cookies. Session data is stored temporarily in your browser only during the booking process.
